Structure of the IEF International General Assembly

It is composed of:

Members of the Council of Management

and, for each Region:

Its President (by right) and a delegate elected by the General Assembly of the Region (hence: 2 voting rights)

For each Associate Member:

Of the person in charge (one voting right)

- The General Assembly meets once a year (by video or in person)

- In the year of an international conference, it meets a second time during the Conference

- Its role:

- Voting on activities proposed by the International Bureau

- Approve the accounts of the past year

- Vote on the provisional budget

- To give (or not) discharge to the International Bureau for its management.
